Pictures from May 1 Spring Cooking Workshop

Here are some pictures from my May 1 Cooking Workshop.  With a completely different group, we made the same dishes as at the earlier spring workshop.  Everything turned out delicious! We ate, as we always do, on my hand made wheel thrown pottery.  We started by making CCF tea with ginger and licorice powder, then ghee, Kitchari for Spring, Carrots Poriyal and Curry Leaf Chutney.
