Seema and Anushree Agarwal from India will be in the area the weekend of June 4 and 5 giving 2 cooking workshops, 1 in College Park and the other in Takoma Park: Cooking With Consciousness.
I stayed at their guest house for a few days this past winter when I was in Haridwar, and they are inspirational cooks. The curry leaf chutney that we made at 2 of my spring cooking workshops was adapted from their recipe.
