Cooking Workshop for the seasonal transition!

Shed the cold and heaviness of winter with lighter and spicier foods for spring. As we come into spring (Yeah!), reduce dairy and red meat and increase pungent or spicy foods as well as vegetables like kale, spinach and zucchini.


To learn more about foods for the seasonal transition, please come to my Diet and Nutrition workshop on Saturday, March 28th from 2-5 pm!   It is at my house in Silver Spring.

We will talk about healthy and delicious vegetarian foods to support us as we move into spring, and we will prepare and eat  several dishes. We will also make ghee, and everyone will take some home with them. You will get copies of the recipes we make and tips about the 6 tastes.
I have room for up to 8 participants. You are welcome to invite friends or family members to come as well.
