For those who may be doubtful or skeptical about
the benefits of ghee, which I have been extolling for a number of years, here is
an article of praise by a western nutritionist who has a regular column in The
Washington Post. The one point of difference is that ghee does not need to
be refrigerated as long as it is stored in a cool dark place like a cupboard.
And those with a primarily Vata can eat more ghee than others.
