Pictures from my Fall Cooking Workshop on November 4th!

We made CCF (cumin, coriander, fennel) tea with ginger and licorice to sip on while we cooked.  The menu was Fall Kitchari with Vata churna, which we also made, Butternut Bhaji, Simple Sauteed Spinach and Cranberry Apple Chutney.

My next cooking workshops will be in the winter: Sunday, January 14th and possibly Sunday, February 4th.  Stay tuned for details later in the fall!
