Fresh Figs!

This is the time of year for fresh figs! My tree is full of this luscious fruit. Here are the figs I picked yesterday, and I have already picked just as many this morning. Figs are the perfect fruit for the end of summer as they are sweet and heavy, with some cooling properties, great for both Pitta and Vata.
