As we approach autumn, it is
a great time to think about cooking healthy and delicious food to support our
bodies during this seasonal transition.
We are moving from the heat and humidity of summer to the cooler, drier
weather of fall, and we need to change our diet accordingly.
Come to a cooking workshop
and learn recipes and other practices to keep yourself healthy in the
fall. All the classes are at my house in
Silver Spring.
You will help prepare the
food, and we will all eat the meal together. The cost is $55 and includes
handouts of the recipes as well as tips for the season.
