Pictures from May 21 Spring Cooking Workshop










Spring Cooking Workshop
A group of friends who all grew up together in Iran arranged to come for their own Spring Cooking Class.  We started with CCF (cumin, coriander and fennel) tea with ginger and licorice, then made Saffron Kitchari with Asparagus, Carrots Poriyal, and Mint Chutney.
