Reclined Butterfly Pose

Remember to take time to relax and cool down in the summer! Restorative poses help calm the mind and the nervous system. One of my favorites is reclined butterfly pose or supta baddha konasana. It opens the chest, abdomen and pelvis and helps us surrender to the support of the earth. There are many ways to set up. and here is one I like.
