At the April 29th cooking workshop we started with a nourishing and refreshing Rasa tea while talking about good foods for spring, the 6 tastes and the Ayurvedic Clock. Before cooking, we reviewed all the recipes. We made Cabbage Thoren, Lemon Rice, Masoor Dal (red split lentils) and Fresh Tomato Chutney. It was all quite tasty!
