We started out making CCF tea with ginger and licorice powder (recipe is in a previous post) and Ghee. Then we moved on to Saffron Kitchari, Stir-Fried Spinach and Onions, Date Tamarind Chutney and Sesame Chutney. Here are pictures of everyone busy at work and then with the finished products. The food was delicious! And there are a couple of openings in my second Spring Cooking Workshop on Sunday, April 29th.
