Spring Cooking Workshops!

Please come to one of my Spring Cooking Workshops!
 
 As we transition into spring , it is a good time to align our eating with the season that brings more moisture, renewal and growth.   On Sunday afternoon, March 19th, I will be having a Cooking for the Transition to Spring Workshop at my house in Silver Spring.    We will learn about the foods and tastes that are good for spring and prepare several dishes.  Whether  you are embarking on  a Spring Cleanse or just want some ideas for foods to make as we move into spring, you are welcome to sign up.    
 
I will also be hosting a Spring Cooking Workshop in late April, probably on Sunday the 30th.  We will prepare dishes for spring and also talk about healthy eating for the season.
 
The workshops are 3 hours, and cost $45 each.  You will receive handouts as well as the recipes we prepare.  We all cook and then eat together in a calm setting so that we can truly taste, digest and enjoy our food!
