Pictures from February Winter Cooking Workshop

Here are some pictures from my February 5th Cooking for Winter workshop.   We made CCF (cumin, coriander, fennel) tea with ginger, Rice Pilaf, Whole Mung Dal with Onions, Vegetable Korma Curry, Korma Powder to go in the Vegetable Curry and Date Tamarind Chutney.
