It is not too early
to start planning for the transition into autumn! Come and learn to make delicious dishes for the
fall!
I have 3 workshops planned, all on Sunday
afternoons from 1:30 to 4:30.

We will discuss
healthy eating for the season, touch on the 6 tastes, and prepare delicious
Ayurvedic vegetarian, Indian food. We will also talk about the spices we use and
why they are beneficial, focusing on the spices for the season.
These are hands on
workshops, and everyone helps cook. When we are done we eat our meal together in
a calm and peaceful setting. The cost is $55 which includes the recipes, a few
other handouts and an extra, either a seasonal spice mix, hard to find
ingredients or occasionally we make ghee to take home.
You can sign up for one
or more as we prepare different dishes in each. Depending on interest, one of
the workshops may focus on cooking for bone strength.
These cooking classes
are always lively and fun!
