Pictures from Spring Cooking Workshop, April 2017

Here are some pictures from my April 30 Spring Cooking Workshop.  We made CCF Tea with ginger and licorice, Ghee, Asparagus – Saffron Kitchari, Simple Sauteed Spinach and Coriander Chutney.  We also talked about good foods to eat in the spring and were able to eat our food outside in my backyard!
