Yoga and Ayurveda for a Good Night’s Sleep

When we are well rested our bodies, minds and emotions all benefit. Good sleep strengthens our immunity, restores our energy, balances our emotions and allows our minds to be clear. Using the wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda we will explore ways to promote better sleep and more energy through both discussion and hands on practices. Topics will include: establishing a calming evening routine, breathing practices, relaxing and restorative poses, and a night time spiced milk drink. Note: Please bring a pair of old socks.
